Flooring
The apartments will feature floating wood flooring with a cork underlay, which plays a crucial role in sound absorption.
Radiant floor heating will be installed in all bathrooms, with ceramic Concrete Gray tiles (60cm x 60cm). Smooth and low-relief 3D ceramic pieces in vanilla color will cover the walls.
Ceilings
All rooms feature suspended ceilings with recessed lighting fixtures and air conditioning grilles.
The bedrooms and living room have a cornice with LED lighting for indirect light in the curtain area.
Bathrooms
In addition to radiant floor heating, the bathrooms will be equipped with wall-hung toilets and faucets.
LED light strips will illuminate storage niches in the walls.
Shutters
All openings are equipped with roll-up shutters with an electric motor, made of aluminum filled with polyurethane for thermal insulation.
The shutters can be controlled via switches located near the room entrance or at the headboards.
Additionally, there is a remote control near the entrance door to open/close all shutters simultaneously.
Openings
In Dark Gray, they are made of extruded aluminum profiles with thermal break using polyamides and double glazing of varying thicknesses (to filter different sound frequencies).
A treated air box separates the two panes of glass, creating an opening with excellent airtightness and thermal comfort.
Kitchens
Comprising a countertop with cabinets and a pantry, the kitchens always feature an "island" with space for informal meals.
The appliances include a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.
LED light strips complete the kitchen, providing dedicated lighting for cooking.
Climate Control
Equipped with air conditioning and diffusers integrated into the suspended ceiling, allowing complete control over the temperature and humidity in the rooms.
Hot Water Production
State-of-the-art system with a solar panel on the roof and a storage tank within the apartment for better energy efficiency.
Doors and Carpentry
The white doors feature jambs and rubber profiles for acoustic insulation.
The baseboards are in the same color, as well as the built-in wardrobes.
Outdoor Space
The cantilevered balconies, with the maximum legally allowed width of 1.70m, are equipped with a charcoal grill and a supporting countertop.
The balconies feature STADIP safety glass balustrades, and their flooring is ceramic with an ultra-realistic wood “deck” design.

This allows you to always answer, no matter where you are, as it uses internet communication and provides dedicated access on your mobile phone so you can check and control who is at your door.
Home Automation
With the implementation of a state-of-the-art system, you can have online control and monitoring on your mobile phone of:
- Real-time electricity consumption.
- Temperature/air conditioning control.
- Control of shutter opening/closing.
- Smoke alarm.
Photovoltaic System
The building features a photovoltaic system operating under a self-consumption model, with the energy produced serving both the individual units and the common services – elevators, lighting, etc.

Basement
Individual storage room with lighting. (Available only in some units.)
Structure
The structure is a reinforced concrete frame with anti-seismic design.
Between the flooring and the structural slab, all floors are equipped with a floating slab physically separated by an acoustic membrane, isolating it from both the walls and the slab to minimize sound transmission between floors.
Exterior Walls
Double-layered ceramic brick masonry with an air gap and thermal insulation, including thermal bridge correction, achieving excellent thermal performance and efficiency.
Paintwork
Textured paint in dark gray for the exterior. The ground floor is clad with circular black glossy glass tiles.
Inside, light gray semi-gloss paint on the walls and white paint on the ceilings create a harmonious and contemporary atmosphere.
In the entrance lobby and elevator landings, wood panels with indirect LED lighting and ceramic “white marble” cladding add a distinctive touch to the entrances.
